This project renovated an existing 32,000 SF office and production facility and added a new 40,000 SF tilt-up warehouse on the north side of the site.

The remodel modernized interior spaces, improved workflow, and upgraded building systems. The new warehouse increases storage and distribution capacity while staying fully connected to production areas.

The result is a unified facility designed for better performance, smooth operations, and future growth.
