An entire facility and site tenant improvement for an environmentally friendly recycling company.  Site improvements consisted of site re-grading for the loading dock and drainage to conform to new larger semi-trucks, a new upgraded transformer and main electrical service, and a new concrete parking lot.  We also planned the exterior entry modifications and presented color elevations for review.  Inside we renovated the entire electrical system, added a Johnson Rotational Air System, put in new overhead doors, added a breakroom, restrooms, and a retail store component.
