Our team had the privilege of remodeling an iconic mid-century modern home in Paradise Valley, originally designed in 1967 by renowned architect Blane Drake, a distinguished apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright at Taliesin. The renovation honored the home’s architectural heritage, preserving its clean lines, integration with the desert landscape, and hallmark mid-century design principles. Original planning concepts and spatial relationships were thoughtfully maintained, celebrating the history and artistic vision embedded in the architecture.

To support contemporary living, the project introduced modern enhancements focused on energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term performance. Upgraded mechanical systems, improved thermal performance, refined lighting, and strategic technology integration allow the home to function seamlessly without compromising its character. The result is a timeless residence that balances preservation, sustainability, and modern design innovation.
