A former bank in downtown Mesa turned distillery this historic project incorporated a complete roof off remodel of the entire facility, reinforcement of the existing block walls for structural integrity and custom fit roof canopy designed to incorporate “Big Carl”. Big Carl is a massive 20 foot plus tall copper distiller, and the building was literally designed to fit around it. Big Carl and all the moving parts will be on display and showcased while enjoying a cocktail from the cooper top sunken horseshoe shaped bar. All production can be seen from the bar through the still beyond through a transparent metal mesh curtain showcasing a low-lit evening environment.
