An efficient layout and space conscious planning was used in the development of the concept for this tenant improvement. Taking an outdated suite and modernizing it for a new business owner and bringing necessary items up to code is our specialty. Mending the technical with the aesthetics of the interior brings touches of elegance to the lobby and sense of openness with natural light and interior glass partitions.
