With extensive experience managing hundreds of permits worldwide and projects totaling over 1/4 billion dollars, Edward provides expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, site planning, and project management. He has led a diverse range of projects, including custom homes, offices, warehouses, retail spaces, mid-rise buildings, adaptive reuse developments, hospitality projects, and correctional facilities. Licensed primarily in Arizona and NCARB certified, Edward is known for his problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex architectural and regulatory challenges, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards.
Troy Kelley, Project Manager at 648 Architecture, specializes in bringing residential and commercial architecture projects from concept to completion. With expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Troy ensures project teams remain coordinated and workflows run efficiently.
