On the edge, once again, of cutting developments; 648 Architecture delivers a sophisticated project and helps introduce a new business model into the Downtown Mesa Corridor.

We literally raised the roof to fit this wonderfully complex and beautiful copper still that is: Big Carl!  Using big Carl and his friends of mash, we took back of house operations and and brought it to the public.  With private tasting rooms, tasting tours and public lounge this fully operational micro-distillery brings the art of the machine into an environment of sophistication and class.
