We literally raised the roof to accommodate the centerpiece of this unique space: Big Carl, a beautifully crafted and complex copper still. By showcasing Big Carl and its mash companions, we transformed traditional back-of-house operations into an engaging public experience. Featuring private tasting rooms, curated tours, and a welcoming public lounge, this fully operational micro-distillery seamlessly blends the art of distillation with an atmosphere of sophistication and class.
