Formerly an underdeveloped site, our goal was to produce a thriving downtown office complex that engages the community and is designed to promote the balance between nature and our working environment. Nature, art, and science are combined into a progressively engineered facility housing systems and circulation in a highly efficient manner. This program incorporates a flexible base environment that meets the street with retail and or premium office suite potential. Multiple levels of offices converse with neighboring suites as well as connect upper-level residences to valuable outdoor spaces. The entire facility is conditioned via a cooling tower situated to take advantage of natural convection cycles leading to a theoretical increase in performance.
