Once an underdeveloped site, this project was transformed into a vibrant downtown office complex designed to connect people, nature, and innovation. The architecture blends art, science, and sustainable engineering to create an efficient, flexible environment that engages the community. At street level, the design supports retail and premium office opportunities, while upper floors feature dynamic office spaces and residences with access to outdoor areas. A strategically placed cooling tower leverages natural convection cycles, enhancing energy performance and overall building efficiency.
